We are a small company based in Dagenham, London and are dedicated to providing a professional and competent service in all aspects of cycling.

Develop your fitness and confidence through our cycle training programmes.
Ladies – If preferred we can offer female instructors for cycle training and fitness development!
Experienced cyclist – We offer sportive and distance training.
All open to adults, children and families.
Training is delivered by National Standard Qualified Instructors, CRB checked with the appropriate skills and insurance.
Maintenance, repairs, bike building and contracts are carried out by our City & Guilds qualified mechanic, currently a contractor for the Metropolitan Police.
Our focus is on quality and therefore we pride ourselves in giving good honest advice, service and training.
