A programme of accompanied bike rides to build confidence, fitness and improve your health. Available to adults, children and families.
Barking & Dagenham Cycling Club
• Accompanied bike rides to build confidence and fitness.

• Rider Development sessions most Wednesdays 4pm-6pm at Jim Peters Stadium, Mayesbrook Park RM8 2JR – to improve cycling skills in a traffic free environment.  Sessions must be booked.

• Cycle the Superhighway to the Olympic Park

• Sportive and distance training for those special events

• Leisure rides of up to 4hrs for enjoyment, stop for lunch and sightseeing – for organised groups of adults and children, beginners or experienced all welcome.
